Gold Listing: Full service listing, with your house measured by an appraiser to avoid conflicts once you've gone under contract.  $695.00

Silver Listing: MLS entry only, with lockbox and sign provided, and house measured by an appraiser to avoid conflicts once you've gone under contract. $295.00
